![]() ![]() The Darlene Williams Room is named after a former patient who passed away at Victoria Hospital in 2006 following a two month hospitalization, during which family visits always took place at her bedside in a room that had minimal space and lacked comfortable seating. There is a banking machine available for use on site in the hospital’s lobby. Office hours are seven days a week 8:30 a.m. Appointments are made through the Volunteer Services Office located on the ground floor or by calling 20. A variety of services are available (with the exception of perms and colours) and are performed in the patients’ rooms. This service is unavailable until further noticeĪ licensed hairstylist is available twice weekly. The “Well Wish” e-mail message is sent via the Volunteer Services Office at Victoria Hospital and will be delivered to the patient by a volunteer. Family and friends can also send a “Well Wishes” message (electronic mail) to a patient by clicking the link at the top of this page. ![]() This service is modified due to COVID-19 restrictionsĪ volunteer will delivery mail directly to your room. Room extension number (this is found on the patient phone).People wishing to call you require the following information: Receiving calls in your room – all incoming calls are routed through one central call in line where you will hear recorded instructions. Refer to signs posted throughout the hospital indicating where cell phone can and cannot be used. Please do not use cell phones in patient rooms. Long distance calls cannot be charged to your room number. In standard (four bed) and semi-private (two bed) rooms, the phone is shared. Telephones are available in most patient rooms.
